Network Operations Engineer
Join our network operations team monitoring core infrastructure around the clock, triaging incidents and coordinating with field teams to resolve faults quickly.
- 3+ years in a network operations or NOC environment
- Working knowledge of routing, switching and monitoring tooling
- Comfortable working rotating shifts including weekends
Field Maintenance Technician
Carry out installation, maintenance and fault repair on fibre and copper infrastructure across the Lagos service area.
- Relevant technical or vocational qualification
- Full driving licence
- Previous telecoms or utilities field experience preferred
Customer Care Advisor
First point of contact for residential customers, handling billing queries, fault reports and account changes.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Previous customer service experience
- Comfortable working with billing and CRM systems
Enterprise Account Manager
Manage a portfolio of UK enterprise customers, from renewal conversations through to scoping new connectivity requirements alongside our business connectivity team.
- Experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in telecoms or connectivity
- Comfortable owning commercial conversations end to end
- Based in or able to commute to our London office
