NexaNet Communications Ltd (RC 915501328), NEXA House, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, is the data controller for personal information collected through our services and this website. Our UK office is at Meridian House, 12 Coldharbour Lane, London, EC2A 4BX.

2. What we collect

We collect account and billing details when you take out a service with us, technical data relating to your connection and usage necessary to deliver and maintain that service, and information you provide when you contact our customer support, sales or careers teams.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide and bill for services, respond to support requests, maintain network security and integrity, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and, where you have agreed, to let you know about other NexaNet services.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you have rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, for UK customers, UK GDPR, including the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@nexanetcomms.net.

5. Data sharing

We share personal information with third parties only where necessary to deliver our services, such as network infrastructure partners and payment processors, or where required by law or a valid request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

6. Retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a further period afterwards to meet our tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
